Influences of acid catalysts on the microstructure, bioactivity and cytotoxicity of bioactive glass nanoparticles prepared by spray pyrolysis

چکیده

Bioactive glasses (BGs) have received considerable attention in the fields of medical and material science been applied various applications due to their superior properties. Although studies demonstrated fabrication BG by approaches, effects acid catalysts synthesis spray pyrolyzed remain unclear. Therefore, this study, we aim synthesize nanoparticles using pyrolysis technique treated them with different hydrochloric acid, lactic acetic acid. By characterizing phase information morphologies specimens, three smooth, rough, porous spheres were found corresponding formation mechanisms discussed. Finally, evaluations both bioactivity cytotoxicity carried out, results suggested that all specimens are bioactive while was associated greater cell viability than acid- acid-treated specimens.
